In a large bowl, whisk together your flour, sugar cocoa powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your eggs and milk.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture, and whisk until smooth.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir through.
Preheat a pan on a medium heat - and rub a little oil onto the pan.
Add some batter using a ladle, and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until you see bubbles coming through to the upside of the pancake.
Serve however you like - I love ice cream and a chocolate drizzle!
Notes
Sometimes, you have to have a 'dud' pancake as the first one to make sure you have the temperature right on your pan - it just takes a little practice to get it right sometimes!
The chocolate chips are optional, but are delicious.
You can add in flavours to the pancakes if you want - such as 1tsp lemon extract, and use white chocolate chips, or orange extract and use milk chocolate chips etc!
