Nutella Brownies!
Super delicious three ingredient Nutella brownies that are incredibly easy to make, with a little Ferrero Rocher on top! So good!

ferrero rocher

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180ºc/160ºfan and line an 8x8" square tin with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the nutella, eggs, and plain flour and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Try not to over mix it, but mix so its combined. An electric mixer is not necessary.
Pour the mix into the tin, and bake the brownies for 20+ minutes, or until baked. The shorter, the gooier.
Once out of the oven, quickly press in your Ferrero Rocher if you are using, and leave to cool fully.
Notes
These brownies will last for 4-5 days once baked.
When I first made this Nutella tubs were 400g, but that same size has been reduced to 350g... it's still best with 400g!
You can use large or medium eggs.
You could squidge whatever you want into the top of the brownies, but you don't need to bake them in.
