In a food processor, blitz the greek yoghurt, condensed milk, and the strawberries - It shouldn't take long at all so blitz quickly so that the strawberries don't mush down completely! (Little bits in the mix is so tasty!)
Pour into popsicle containers, or a loaf tin and freeze for at least 2-3hours! The mixture is ready when solid through - when wanting to serve however you will want to remove it from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving soits soft enough to scoop!
Notes
This recipe will last in the freezer for one month - but is so good it will never last that long!
The recipe is also easily doubled or halved to your preference!
You can always use other fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries etc but I love the strawberry taste - just make sure you use the same weight of fruit!
